Hello,

When I import a preset into the latest version of stereo tool, all the preset settings are inactive. Is this normal and how can I solve this problem?

In 10.41? Are you using a plugin or the standalone and what version and OS? I vaguely remember an issue that sounds like this, but I thought it was fixed in 10.41.

You can try the latest beta (currently 10.42 found here https://forums.stereotool.com/viewtopic ... 14&t=34592) and see if it's fixed there.

Hello, after trying to update the software, the parameters are still disabled when importing a preset, is there another solution to the problem?

Which type are you using again (VST, DSP, Stand Alone)? And what's your OS (and plugin host if applicable)?

This sounds like a bug. Is the preset able to be loaded in an older version properly? As in, are all the expected modules enabled? What version last worked?

The latest functional version is not available, and even with the latest version of the software it doesn't work. It's vst presets with Windows 10, it's the software installed on Windows directly.

Interesting. You said VST, so the preset was exported from VST and into the Stand Alone?

To clarify, it's that modules aren't enabled when loading the preset? Or is it something to do with the sliders being greyed out, despite the modules being enabled?

I'm wondering if the preset itself isn't the issue. Perhaps it can shed light on what's happening. Could you upload the preset so it can be checked out?

I tried these and they work as expected in the Stand Alone, version 10.42 beta055. Please give the latest beta another try.
