Thanks in advance...

Have you followed the online documentation? Sometimes you need to forward or trigger a port in the router or assign a static IP address as well. This is where it can get tricky and is hard to tell somebody how to solve the issue due to the differences in router software.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Yep, I sure have. I have my standard router which was provided by my isp then I have mesh network running throughout the house. I have Stereo Tool setup on a windows machine but I am trying to access the web interface from my MAC and iPhone but no luck. Would that be the issue or will it only work on windows?

Hi. Yeah, it should work on any platform that has a web browser and can access it. Also, I keep forgetting how old the Documentation is and how much has changed. At least very little has changed in regards to enabling the Web Interface.

Have you been successful in getting it to work on the local machine? Try 127.0.0.1:[port] on the machine that's running Stereo Tool and see if it shows the web interface locally. If so, we know it's at least working and is likely a whitelist or routing issue.

Hello playdublin,

Some routers/isp are using the port 8080,
so i would suggest to use a different port.

Also, could you please check the Whitelist Part
and modify according to your network, e.g. 192.168.1.x/24 ?

Furthermore, please make sure, that you will disable and re-enable
the web interface, after some change/modification.

Attached an example:

Thank you!

Hello.

I tried and it is working as expected on my mac,
via browser with IP Desktop, e.g. <192.168.1.something> : Port , e.g <1080>.

Please, make sure, that you have connected to same network,
for both devices.

Also, please check the Whitelist Part and modify according to your network,
e.g. 192.168.1.x/24

Thanks!

Is it possible to access this remotely, when I am not on the same network by any chance?
