Yes VST2x64 is fine.

PluginDoctor: it's useful, but can be a pandora's box!

Oh, just realized 1041 VST3x64 is not passing signal at all in any host, though it scans ok. Is general advice here to stay a few feet back from the bleeding edge? (new-ish user),
On the contrary, I like to stay updated with betas so I can test all the new features in between releases. I try to forward most issues I can't handle to the team and they get taken care of relatively quickly. Unicode was recently added, and I'm assuming the inability to be seen bug is part of that. I bet it'll return to functionality in this coming week.

However if you run an on air station, it's recommended to stick with stable releases, unless a specific bug is fixed in a beta that you need.

Posted BETA046. MicroMPX via RIST now works without a static IP address at the decoders! (You still need one on the encoder side, but that's likely much easier to achieve).

How to use:
- Use this new version on BOTH sides. (encoder side can also be Stereo Tool)
- Enable RIST on both sides
- In the RIST mode pull-down menu, choose the 2nd option on both sides
- On the DECODER side, fill in the IP address of the encoder (!)
- On the ENCODER side, enable port forwarding in the router.

The port number must be EVEN. And the port number + 1 is also used, so enable port forwarding for both. If you use 8854, then forward 8854 and 8855.

Nah, too many open points that need to be finished. RIST almost works, STXtreme 5 FM instances almost works, STXtreme loopback test almost works, Mac VST3 still has some issues, bunch of things like that. We're using this month to fix a lot of smaller issues like these. But there's only 1 week left so I don't expect to be able to release anything.

Hi Hans

Is there any chance of adding a tick box option when running Parallel Multiband Compression option that changes the scale of the MB2 to mimic the same values or scales used on MB2?

When I started playing with the feature, I thought I had broken it after using the copy MB1 settings. :D

After a couple of hours away from the PC, I realised that the scales were different and were being true to their values. D'oh!

Anyway, just a thought!

You mean the display scale? Or parameters?

The display scale. Mirror the scale from MB1 so it is the same in MB2 when linked.
