Try working your way back into finding what's causing the problem. Try for instance only with edcast without processing to see if that's working fine and sounds ok.

If edcast crashes I would start searching there!

Multiple problems..
you are using shoutcast server 2.0, if not necessery and if possible use old 1.9.8. There is possibility that EdCast for some reason does not comunicate with sc 2.0 as should!
DedServer is ok since ping is perfect from here, but problem is Shoutcast Server. I actually don't have audio at all.

Start working your way up the chain. For example, if in Stereo Tool (without closing all the other programs) you change the output sound card to the actual sound card, do you hear anything (probably echos but that doesn't matter).

If that works, connect another program - for example Audacity - to the VAC output from Stereo Tool and check if you receive audio.

Or maybe easier: First check in each program if it shows input and output levels. For example, Stereo Tool does - I don't know about EdCast though. But this should quickly point you to where the audio is lost.

That's ok but i notice that you use older VAC, newer version may also help with priority settings.
If you want, i can come with TW to check what's wrong.
