Jazler - VAC - Stereo Tool - VAC - EdCast?

My first guess would be VAC but if you use VAC twice that doesn't make much sense. Can you check the buffer fillings in Stereo Tool? Or maybe just increase the output buffer size?

first of all thank for your help mate !!
i use it like this jazler>>vac1>>stereo tool >>>> vac2>>>edcast
output buffer size 5.000 sec
and buffer fillings ( i don't know if i check right ) is at the middle about 50-55% (if it is a blue bar under buffer size)

Ok, that's all ok then, and if it's stable there the CPU load is also not too high. Maybe Jazler has a too short buffer? (Would surprise me but you never know).

This might be a way to find the cause: Play a single beep tone in Jazler, and when you hear crackles, look if you see something in the Stereo Tool waveform. If not, the cause is after Stereo Tool, if there is, it's before.

I try everything i cant find it... cpu load is 47 % also i can't find in jazler where is the buffer size :( i read manual but options for buffer is when you have 2nd soundcard for monitors this thing drives me crazy....
when i am hearing direct from my console sound is briliant but when i hear my stream sound cracking

also i change the way i use jazler what i mean is: (jazler > soundcard output > stereotool > vac1 > edcast )i dont know if it is right..

What version of VAC you use?
If latest, Then try to turn off all and...
- adjust "up to" to number of your CPU cores
- "Prio" to 31
- all used cables to fixed rate - or simply check this picture http://i.imgur.com/dy0RVLz.png

- In ST Turn on "Synchronize to output" with default settings.

Also..
- what OS you use? Is it W7 64bt?
- Did you check DPC Latency Checker ?

I still hear crackling sounds in it. And all sounds very bad, like there's a bad connection somewhere.
