Hey all. I've been using stereo tool and I see it gets better and better over time

And the site is working this time
But I'm stuck at very specific case over here. The scenario:
I receive an FM radiostation in Europe that has pre-emphasis of 50 uS, and I receive it via USA FM receiver that has de-emphasis of 75 uS. The tuner is plugged in the "line in" jack and I want to stream this particular station over the Internet.
The problem is that I don't know the exact settings that I need to set in stereo tool to get back the hights, that were lost in the de-emphasis.
At the moment the audio passes via stereo tool and I've turned on only the equlizer, but I don't know what values to input for the optimal sound. So in short I need 25 uS of pre-emphasis to compensate the loss. How can I do this via Stereo tool?
p.s. I know that I can do this via Breakaway Broadcast, but it's not working under Linux and you can't make me install Windows + pay ~$500 for the BB...
