Hello,

I'm having a problem that I think that can affect my audio quality. The RDS Signal is too high without any RDS connected also I need to set the Stereo Pilot on the Stereo Tool at 12% in order to receive on the Analyzer 7.5 Khz

Here it is my airchain:

Stereo Tool + Alpha > 950 Mhz STL Transmitter > 950 Mhz STL Receiver > RVR Exciter

Please help me

Here it is a screenshot of my FM Analyzer:

Can you test without STL? Something is definitely not good, could be a high noise level for example.

''By testing without STL'' Do you mean disconnect the audio that goes to the transmitter from the STL Receiver ?

No I mean connecting it directly to the transmitter. That's why I said if possible...

Well I think that isn't possible because I can't send the audio from the studio to the transmitter site because the STL only have composite input (BNC) and the input audio from the studio comes AES/EBU. What can I do?

Well, you need to figure out which thing in your setup is causing it. So, before you used Stereo Tool, did it work fine? If so then we know that the devices that you used before (if you used them exactly the same way!) are ok.

This way, try to rule out causes as much as possible, then test everything that remains.
