Aggressive processing for CHR. Tuned in VST with Reaper. Used the 2013 HOT 100 as my working set (HQ CD source). note: AGC was tuned to become active only with the very highest RMS inputs, as a distortion limiter. I did not see it necessary to use the AGC as a constant rider for level; I use multiband for that instead. If you use normalized high quality source, this should be fine. Attachment:

UPDATED: The MAIN AGC leveler is disabled by dropping the attack to 0. However, the COMPRESSOR at the end of the AGC (blue meter), is slightly more active now; used for smooth leveling. Multiband needed to be retuned to compensate and to improve consistency and loudness. Phase rotator redone. used the same working source as previous Attachment:
