Only a few small changes this time: - Default values for Natural Dynamics were a bit wrong, now improved - When loading settings for a specific filter, MB and ND default freqs got reset - Bojcha's King's Fire 2 preset added - Windows 64 bit VST version added - Windows 64 bit stand alone version added. On new systems (2nd or newer generation i3/i5/i7, Windows 7 or 8) it uses AVX for better performance. (VST version as well) Windows stand alone 32: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... er_731.exe Windows stand alone 64: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 64_731.exe Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... er_731.exe Windows VST 32: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... ol_731.dll Windows VST 64: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 64_731.dll |

If you load a new preset with all information in it (I load normal settings and FM) then RDS is also changed. With Notepad+ I can copy my RDS settings into the new preset, so that's fine. Maybe an idea to have an option to not disturb the RDS settings? |

Can you maybe please chance the effect name from the file name to a significant name? ![]()

@near05: It should show the correct name. Can you start it? So is your host 64 bits? |

When using a VST Rack, would you say it's a good idea when dropping in a new VST version dll, to reload the new dll and re-enter all settings from scratch? Or is it OK to drop the dll in and let the rack re-load settings from a previous version? I usually re-enter all settings from scratch, just to be safe. But it's kind of a pain. ![]() |

It should work without re-entering! I never change the values of existing parameters so the only thing that happens when I release a new version is that new parameters may be added at the end of the list; any decent host should just take those new values (defaults) and use them. In this case, for Natural Dynamics the best thing you can do is go to Natural Dynamics -> Initial Boost, and right-click on all the "Subtract" sliders. That gives you the new default values.
