 Post subject: Stereo Tool 6.22 BETA

Here's the first official 6.22 beta version.

Changes:
- Added a much better filter than before that removes sudden spikes which get past the AGC. (See the AGC panel).
- Added a BS412 limiter! (For Germany, Austria and some other countries). (I will write some guidelines on using it tonight).

MS-DOS 6.0 and 6.2 included DoubleSpace, which was claimed to be a patent infringement upon Stacker, from Stac Electronics. MS-DOS 6.22 was thus made, which swapped DoubleSpace for DriveSpace. This is stuff from 1993 - 1994, and so you would've probably been in grade school.

Version 6.22 was the last commercial version of MS-DOS.

Well, that wasn't my idea, but ok then, Stereo Tool is almost achieving sonic perfection anyway.
