Thank you Hans for the new version of stereo tool!! I greatly enjoy it and it sounds wonderful. How are we able to change the number of bands in the multiband compressor? Also, what are the ITU-BS 1770 supports used for? I am not familiar with this. Thanks! |

Well, you can set the highest band(s) frequencies very high in the STS file, outside the audible range. That would in effect turn them off. About ITU-1770: That's a standard that takes into account the human hearing: Certain frequencies "sound" louder to us even though they are not. If you turn this on the apparent volume will stay more equal, even though the energy is less equal. |
