Is "Use oversampling to avoid inter-sample peaks" enabled? (Top right of the Loudness&Limiting window) And HARD LIMIT? |

Quote: Is "Use oversampling to avoid inter-sample peaks" enabled? (Top right of the Loudness&Limiting window) Both are enabled. And HARD LIMIT? But it makes no difference if "Use oversampling to avoid inter-sample peaks" is enabled or not. The chain inside BA Live looks like this: Stereo Tool ![]() So the output of Stereo Tool (with post amp - 1.00 dB) goes straight to TT DR meter (and this shows correctly - 1.00 dB as max peak). So the BA Live peak limiter gets this signal (no doubt !). If I set post amp in ST to +0.08 dB the TT DR meter shows "over" for peak and the BA Live meters shows purple flames (but not if I use +0.00 for post amp). |

Problem solved ! It was the BA Live high pass filter (20 Hz - activated by default during BA Live installation). Details here: http://www.claessonedwards.com/forum/vi ... b0d#p10550 |
