I'm setting up a preset for the TV show.
Referring to the sound of global TV broadcasts, I prefer the sound of Hong Kong TVB. His speech is very loud, pressing the peak level, and his music is very flat, not very loud.

But when I was tuning the Stereo tool, if the voice was loud, the music got louder :P :P

For this, I believe you would want to use the BIMP -- Built-in Microphone Processor addon.
This allows you to use Input 2 as a separately processed (microphone) input that goes over the existing (music) programming.

You may want to set the BIMP to use the voice processing you prefer, and the rest of Stereo Tool to process the music (more flatly or quietly). Then you can choose how much louder to inject the BIMP ahead of the standard processing.

I hope this gives you some ideas.

I've tried this too, but it requires more bus and more audio channel interfaces.
As the end processing of stereo sound, I think the stereo tool will have a better data setting, and I haven't adjusted it well yet. :D

Music is typically louder because it has audio in all bands, while voice does not really. If you reduce the number of bands, or make them very shallow (3 dB/octave for example), you should be able to make voice louder, at least relative to what you get with lots of narrow bands. Also, don't release very fast - that will pull up the quieter parts of music and typically has less impact on speech.
