I'm using the latest BETA of the libStereoTool AMD64 in LiquidSoap. I've turned on FM in StereoTools and µMPX. The problem: The output of the plugin back into LiquidSoap is not de-emphased. I have too much treble. Is there any way to set this correct (I can't find anything on the GUI) or can the output of the libStereoTool be HD while providing µMPX?

Best regards,

Christian
Hi Christian,

Check under Audio I/O -> Send to plugin host. Set that to "Separately processed for streaming".

Hi Hans,

I have only the WebGUI available and there is no such switch...

Link bass to main in AGC doesn't work if in bands 2 (3 or 4 requires Advanced Dynamics license) mode is enabled.
This is probably an issue for a long time or should it supposed to be like that?

Hi, you can set up user accounts under "Configuration" (the clog wheel icon). After doing that, when you open the software you'll end up on a login page.

The login from version 9.92 and earlier has been removed because it wasn't safe enough. So the new login system has been completely rewritten from scratch.
Yes, but where can you login/logoff in the interface? I already had it password protected in 10.40 and earlier, and always had a login/logout button in the upper bar. But since the 10.42 beta's it's gone. I only can keep it logged in. See the difference in the uploaded pictures.

With the upgrade of Beta version 10.42 from 035 to the latest 052, I report the same problem as @drbusy (see screenshot) for Advanced Dynamics features

thanks

Ah! There was a check that failed, due to which password protection was only enabled for the web interface and not for the main. Solved in the next build.

Maybe I'm missing something, but how the heck are settings saved now?
I use the Standalone Linux version and web interface to edit settings, however now there's no way to save the preset.sts file to keep my settings. It does say "saved" on the webpage, but the .STS file on server that LiquidSoap loads from is NOT updated. Where is it saving, if at all?

Oh, good question. Mine are placed in %USERPROFILE%stereo_tool.presets on Windows when I save in the Web UI. I would imagine it's similar on Linux? However, my understanding is that it saves locally, not remotely -- though I could be wrong.

I found it. It saves in the root directory for me on Linux.
Also, now the web interface is gone in the new Linux version if you save the preset. It works as long as I don't restart after changing the preset. I went to check the web interface settings, but now the Web Interface section is not in the menu, making turning it back on impossible.

Hi, can you describe exactly what you are doing? I don't see any issues with the web interface, and the setting is there (in the main GUI).
