@Bojcha: I am curious, are you able to get 192kHz output when using 48kHz(or any other) input rate with ASIO enabled? When I enable ASIO I can only get 192 kHz out when the input rate is 192 kHz.
Currently i don't have 192kHz soundcard with ASIO. Only my MAYA44usb wich is 44.1/48 kHz.
At 'radio' on my pc i have juli@.
Strange is that My laptop and my pc are INTELs, both are c2d. On PC all works fine. Even when i have CPU load to 100%, but on lapotp (same card) almost nothing works.

Well i use winamp for input [testing] (direct wire), it plays at 44.1 or 48kHz, If i need 192kHz (FM), i select 192kHz for input.

Is CPU throttling turned off on your laptop? Have you checked DPC latency on the laptop?

True - ASIO only supports 1 sampling frequency simultaneously. I guess I should do something to make this clear...

Ok, now this is looking interesting:
- Set this to priority EXPERIMENTAL again
- If you get a warning that the process cannot be set to REALTIME, please use Task Manager to do that!

Priorities are:
- ASIO thread: Should be 31 (confirmed in eldoradofm's post)
- Processing thread: 25
- Processing thread #2 (shorter, includes sending to output): 26
- GUI thread: 22
- Some other thread (window messages?): 24

So now none of these can interfere with the ASIO thread anymore.

I've turned the logging off again to make sure that that doesn't cause clicks.

CPU throttling: 10 mins ago i just searched in bios for that, and there is NO option.

DPC is OK even when ST is running.

First test with this version, it seems to do the trick no clicks so far. I'll test some more.
Still no clicks so i think it's fixed for me. This is with buffer of 2,7 ms. When i click restart a few times i can see the buffer flickering more, but no clicks anymore.

Edit: I now got 1 click when i started the CPU torture test. I'll set the buffer to 2.8ms now and test some more.
Also with 2.8 ms 1 click when i start CPU torture test.

OMG.. This is NEW, and only is like that at my laptop...
I just can't lower under 109ms for normal out (asio).. BUT...
When i lower BOTH FM output and LowQuality output to minimum (both are OFF) now i have 3,7ms

You probably need to increase it by 1 ASIO grain (1.33 ms?). I think I should update the ASIO buffer configuration to match whole grains.

By the way, this CPU torture test - I suppose it's not running at priority REALTIME? Because if it is, there are no safe settings to avoid this.

I'm going to add this to my todo list:
- Change buffer size configuration to match whole ASIO grains (probably only displaying them)
- Fix different priority settings (GUI back to normal prio)
- Allow setting Realtime priority on Vista (if possible, Admin rights?)

I still heard a very soft click with 4.0 ms. I think it's totally fixed with 5.4 ms.
Edit: did some testing with Asio granularity of 128. When changing the buffer the whole system crashed and rebooted.
