Grab the MPX from the outputs.
Dont use ASIO on the stereotool audio interface because it will prevent you from grabbing any audio from the interface when running in ASIO mode , use MME or directsound on the output so that other software can access the hardware .
When using my scarlet 4I4 i use loopback ( which you need to set correctly so that it picks up the MPX output ) , thats the one i select in Butt encoder.
Butt encoder may prompt you that the format is not supported but when hitting stream in Butt encoder , the flac encoder goes all the way up to 192 KHZ
I tested this , got full MPX plus RDS on my transmitter.

Just play it on an 192 KHZ enabled audio interface en feed directly into your transmitter

Remember , this probably wont give you an absolute flat frequency response ,on my scarlett it rolls off when frequency gets higher
