"How does the Stereo Tool Kantar standalone installer work? Does it copy-protect music, or is it solely for audience measurement? Can you buy it, install it, and get a license easily? How expensive is it? I couldn’t find much information on the Thimeo website. From what I’ve gathered, it requires specific license files from Kantar to enable watermarking, and these need to be placed in the installation directory. However, I’m unsure about pricing and how to obtain the necessary licenses. Any insights would be appreciated!"

Kantar is for audience measurement only. You need to obtain a license from Kantar for this so I would check questions about pricing with them. Keep in mind that this is not useful for smaller or hobby radio stations though. It's for the big ones that participate in audience measurement studies.
