Beta version, work in progress.
If you don't like PUNCH and Growl this preset is not for the weak hearted.

As always set input level at -6 and cpu quality at 150%.

Version 1.2 currently being tested at:

Enjoy and stay tuned :)

**Hello to all the good friends of this forum!**

This sounds extremely natural, without any aggressive sound elements, and I truly enjoy listening to it. As a completely blind person who uses a screen reader and cannot visually review the graphical displays that you, who can see, use, I must rely solely on listening. In this regard, I would like to share my experience.

I have a 75 dB hearing impairment and use exceptionally high-quality headphones, Sennheiser HD 400. Based on this, I can say that this preset sounds excellent. Even if I were to make adjustments, I would not touch the volume because I believe the current sound level is perfect – any additional enhancement of the compressor or modulation would only degrade the quality. In my opinion, this is ideal for program broadcasting.

As a former long-time host and owner of Kalman Radio, I had the opportunity to hear and use various sound processors and headphones. Back in 2016, I considered purchasing the Omnia 11 processor, but at the time, its high price prevented me from doing so. When I read reviews about this preset, I decided to listen to it. Honestly, I do not like overly loud and aggressive presets with excessive sound density. I believe such trends were left behind in the 1990s when processors sounded everything but natural.

This preset provides an excellent balance for broadcasting and listening through headphones. I particularly appreciate how it equalizes the levels between different songs – quieter songs are amplified, and overly loud ones are softened, achieving consistency. Additionally, I tested how the voice sounds through program broadcast recordings, which were captured using the Aircheck software (a program that archives one month of broadcasting due to regulatory requirements). The voice sounds great with this setting, further convincing me of the quality of this preset.

I recommend not changing anything significant about this preset. It is perfect for program broadcasting and offers pleasant listening without sound aggression. For those who enjoy presets tailored for clubs, where energy and sound pumping are needed to boost the atmosphere, that’s an entirely different category. Such a sound is not suitable for prolonged listening through headphones but only through speakers, which, in my opinion, should not be too close to the listener.

This preset truly deserves praise as it enables high-quality and enjoyable program broadcasting. Once again, congratulations on this excellent preset and warm greetings from Sarajevo!

Edin

I made these modifications to enhance the overall sound quality, drawing inspiration from the typical characteristics of the Omnia.11 audio processor. Here are the main reasons:
Bass (Bass Clipper):

Why set the Deform factor to 1.05?
This refines bass processing by reducing artifacts and preserving sound cleanliness.

Why set Difference=0.1?
This adds slight depth and enhances clarity without making the bass overly heavy.

Highs (Absolute Highs):

Why increase Effect strength to 1.2?
To provide more clarity and presence in the high frequencies, essential for a balanced and rich sound.

Why set Threshold (gate) to 0.05?
This helps reduce background noise while maintaining a natural flow in the highs.

Stereo (Stereo Enhancer):

Why set Stereo Boost to 1.3?
To widen the soundstage and provide a better sense of space.

Why set Depth to 1.1?
To create an immersive feeling without making it sound artificial.

Multiband Compression:

Why use lower thresholds (-5, -4, -3)?
These adjustments apply light compression to balance the bass, midrange, and treble without crushing the natural dynamics.

These modifications were designed to improve audio quality while remaining subtle, respecting the original configuration, and avoiding overly aggressive changes.

**Brisle,**
It would be great if you could listen to these two songs I’m sending via the Mega server. These are two songs with completely different loudness levels. On the song **MC Stojan - La Miami**, using **Onlia Preset 1.2**, I noticed some distortion. Interestingly, this distortion isn’t present on other presets.

As I mentioned earlier, I rely entirely on my hearing for this, so I recommend that you try to fix this issue and conduct a deeper analysis to make it even better. The link to download these songs in ZIP format is:

Edin

try this one to see if the distortion problem is gone
High frequencies: The Threshold (gate) for high frequencies is set to a very low value (0.05). This could amplify noise or accentuate distortion at these frequencies.

I would try 3db lower output for the multiband, the clipper seems too overwhelmed.

Multiband Output:
Reduce the Output level of the Multiband section by 3 dB.
If you find a parameter named "Output level", adjust its value. For example :
Output level = current_value - 3

Clip:
If the clipper is overloaded, try adjusting its Threshold or Warp Limit.
For example :
Threshold = current_value + 0.1
Deform factor = slightly less than 1.0

High Frequencies:
Make sure the Threshold (gate) of the Absolute Highs section is at a reasonable value:
Threshold (gate) = 0.1 or 0.15

Newest version of the settings sounds a little dry and a little low on the bass
