Again i think that that can be solved with ratio settings in multiband.
For sure this would help.
But I would add to rethink the whole high band structure (the centered frequencies).
I have just
played with some Jazz music (Dave Brubeck "Take Five" and others).
This 2.8K-5.5K-10K is sub-optimal.
With 5.5K you process vocals (and/or lead instruments) and the main energy of hihats (snares) at the same time.
When I use an additional parametric equalizer like the free

post Stereo Tool I get much better results with small boosts at 4K to enhance vocal (and other instruments) character without that unwanted boost for hihats and snares (that are introduced inside Stereo Tool with 5.5K processing).
Another thing I have noticed:
All my frequency analysis lead to the conclusion that 10K is not centered at 10K.
It seems as if this is centered at 9K !
So instead of 1.4K-2.8K-5.5K-10K (9K)-16K
IMO something like 1.4K-4k-8K-11K-15K would be better.
4K should be very broad (and 8K should be extremely narrow).
