Slightly improved version of the 1st voice vibrations filter (now works for almost all sounds, and bass for Mina track is dropped 1.4 dB). 2nd voice vibrations filter (which should reduce the bass reduction) still needs to be added. (I do - again - have a new idea for that).

Not yet... Maybe if I have some time this weekend I'll add it (otherwise next week).

Maybe you could use ASIO for now?

i'm listening both, mina track and previous sample .. actually more distortion!! In best case same.

Preset "web radio (stereo)" - standalone, input 44100.
Things are worst when "allow louder lows" is at 10000, where it should to be now. almost same as b39

beta 39

edit:
It's very interesting when bandpass is "non-phase linear" or "phase linear"
In same track in 1st case voice vibration is in one place in track and in 2nd case, voice vibration is at another place od track but not on first place.

Bojcha: I've analyzed what's going on, and I think what you're reporting is actually good news...
(Just to be sure: In BETA39, did you increase the 'Clip highs feedback strength' to from 0.60 to 1.00?)

I've just measured the bass content of BETA39 vs that of BETA40, using the 'Mina' track, no processing, only Loudness at x 4.00.

BETA39 vs. BETA40
If you leave 'Clip highs feedback strength' in BETA39 at 0.60 (which is actually too low), the bass in BETA40 is about 1.2 dB louder than in BETA39.

If you set 'Clip highs feedback strength' in BETA39 to 1.00, it's even 1.9 dB lower!

(Or, alternatively phrased: Compared to having NO voice vibration filter, in BETA40 I loose 1.4 dB of bass in this Mina track, in BETA39 that's 2.6 dB @ 0.60 or even 3.3 dB @ 1.00.

So...
So if the difference between BETA39 and BETA40 is small, that's actually very good news - I can lower the bass a lot further in BETA40 before it reaches BETA39 levels!

(Basically this means that I went a bit too far on my attempt to preserve the bass. But the processing itself must be MUCH better than that of BETA39, it's just not configured correctly.)

Better configuration
I have been focussing mainly on the 2 worst spots of this 'mina' song: Where the singer sings something like 'Woo' around 0:16 and around 1:43.

For these two spots, the configuration should be accurate - tested at different Loudness levels, also at the 'Web Radio (Stereo)' preset.

I'm using a mechanism to predict the strength of voice vibrations, then I use some calculations to ignore them unless they get noticeable. I can change the conversion factor (or maybe add a slider for it........) to reduce the bass more (and/or sooner) or less (and/or later)

When voice vibrations are not noticeable
I'm ignoring voice vibrations:
- When they start (first ~ 0.1 second). This should preserve punch and avoid unnecessary bass reductions for short loud tones. During such a short period voice vibrations don't seem to be noticeable.
- If the volume of the high frequencies is not constant (going up or down, or just changing a lot). The assumption here is that voice vibrations are only noticeable on constant tones.

hmm...

'Clip highs feedback strength' is at 0.60. I know That you said that at 1.00 is better but i just always forget to set it. Anyway not make difference 0.60-1.00
Mina Track - That's exactly same place i always listen ~01:43.

Checked another...
When non-phase-linear or phase linear, Second track at one place makes distortion.. but when "Clip At" is at 40% it nicely lowers bass and no more distortion .. that was not case in beta39 ! And i like this !
but seem "Clip at" is constantly lower bass now to desired level. - i am playing Bass-beat track i sent you. There is Difference between 100% and 80%, It's only bass shuld not have difference!?

q:
Why is important to preserve bass so much ?
The problematic part is always no more then half second (in some cases very short till multiband lower that band", so not so dangerous if in that moment "Clip at" goes even at 40%.

Odd, there should be no difference here between BETA39 and BETA40... Will check... ('Clip At' at 40% is insanely low by the way)

Well, that's the thing. The OVERALL bass though the entire track is reduced, because this setting does not only affect the few really difficult spots but the entire track (and I should add to that that the entire track sounds better than without this filtering). It's not a yes/no thing, but a gradual value that describes the amount of distortion that occurs at any given moment.

So if the bass reduction is reduced, without getting more distortion, that's much better. Also to avoid bass pumping due to loud 'S' sounds etc. (which could occur in BETA39, no longer in BETA40).
