Hi guys,

In the Advanced Clipper, I would like to cancel as much distortion as possible without turning "Always Clip Deep Bass Below" down to -99.00 dB.

Here is what I have at the moment:

When I push the clipper ever so slightly beyond 0.00 dB it seems that I create distortion rather quickly. I do have my Clipping Strictness and Medium Stop settings at max also (as CPU power is not an issue).

I have read through the Help page and I still need more help. I apologize for my ignorance.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You are not doing what you want at all.

"always clip deep" need to be lower. ~-2dB and less.
"Dynamicly reduce" need to be -4-5dB and less.

So start from there.

Also don't set both bass freqs to 400 Hz. That's an insanely steep filter which will also cause issues, and there's no need to protect against such high frequencies.

Thank you both for the help. The bass section was the most confusing section for me. I will make adjustmentsand report back if more help is needed.

To make it easy for You. Load "Clipper settings" from UnrealEngine 1 or 2 and set clipper level as You need.
