Hi,

My concept is a radio in a box so I need to run some applications but can use a lighter browser.

I have managed to achieve some more stability by disabling Intel PState and running mbpfan to keep the fans spinning up.

I have gotten it to run 192kHz audio with a Steinberg UR22.

I still get the feeling the Windows version is more stable though - certainly it's very easy to upset the Jack interface!

If you Google a bit on Linux audio you'll find that many people say it's one of the weakest points of Linux... :(
