Correct i can see it now .. I have it set to 16khz and low pass filter is set to 15khz and there is an a tone in 16khz
Horray !
I told you... but no one believe it`s still there. :) till now

I cannot see a reason Lowpass to be at 16 Khz ? what is the idea ? Default lowpass frequency for FM is given as 15000 ?!
Make it default when test something so bugs can be "seen" more easy!

This is the MPX spectrum when ignore high freq is set to 19692 and that is the result.

At 19 , spike amplitude is lower ! At 16000 spike is with biggest amplitude. This amplitude is lowering with moving slider ahead.
if needed , turn off the pilot and take a look.
Also your noise floor is not presented . If available , extend the dB scale to -130 -140 dB. You will see the other issues.

Confirmed. This reminds me one of the three problems 1st Sample rate conversion problem 2nd filtering problem 3rd Spectral leakage from an fft or any spectrum related processing.

Second and 3rd reasons are NOT involved so erase them , because with same fft i test two different versions and there are differences.See some pages ago .

Sample conversions problem can be (not sure), because with NO advanced clipper everything looks just PERFECT! Filter looks just awsome! SO problem is in the code of Advanced clipper. Exclude the jumping noise and spike of Ignore freqs slider.

I again tel you : Your noise floor is not visible. Extend your FFT db Scale to -140 dB, so noise floor to be visible ( if you can do it via your analyzer program options )

I mean processing inside ST not the fft analysis you do with other software. This is clearly spectral leakage so all three reasons are valid;

Yep he will as soon as he find the bug.

Ow! 19692 looks horrible. Will check now.

Look at my last video to see what i mean by the "massive spike" in L-R part. All L-R band is spiking. This "tells" me again for any phase calculation problem that affects the L+R slope issue. It`s related , i`m sure.
You can clearly see that if i disable AC , "masive spike" gone and signal is very clear like it should be !

If helps look at the picture too .
There is some other small spike that in little circle . NOTE ! This result is with Simple clipper , but this little circled is presented with Advanced clipper too. See it on last video.
Also look that every thing is some kind of wrong till this spike ( around 22 Khz) ! Everything ahead ( from 22 KHz) is down by another 12-13 dB. What is that ?
