It's just false alarm. But guys with servers don't care. Will remove anything that even smels like "virus".

Panda on Virus total is Panda Anivirus ( some edition) . I`m talking about Panda Cloud , which is checking on server for info about virus. Also problem becomes on your server too. So may be the installer making program must be updated or rolled back to previous version.

There is no virus.

What is happening to you is the same as what I reported ages ago with Norton 360 and its' cloud-based "reputation score". This beta got tagged as "unsafe" by 360 based on insufficient community reputation information.

Translation: Not enough people have run the installer yet. This is a catch-all bucket that is essentially saying "Yo! This file is kinda new and may or may not be cool to run, so we are going to err on the safe side and say it's not cool, and put it in the quarantine area for you."

It is something that will go away as more people run the installer.

Ah. Single core must be the important thing here I think. I've heard something similar from one other person. I've done a measurement and the latest (7.45 beta) version has exactly the same CPU load as 7.42 (I've improved the limiters which should cause some increase, but it seems so small that I cannot measure it here).

Can you tell me how high the "Percentage of time in processing" meter is? It's under Configuration -> CPU & Latency. Please set the GUI update speed to 1% so it doesn't interfere.

Can you send me your preset? With some standard presets I see no difference at all between version 7.42, 7.44 and the latest beta.
The GUI is still absolutely miserable to use when you scroll the preset list. Oh, and yeah, this version is worse for that one aspect. It is not a function that people do a whole lot, but it is kinda one of those "why in the world does just this one thing cause the whole program to freak out" questions. Enabling the Advanced Clipper does not even generate the kind of load that scrolling the preset list does.

Other actions in the GUI do not generate such hammering, so whatever you're doing with the preset list should be checked and corrected or reverted. Between 7.43 beta 5 and beta 9.
