@PowerSound: I suppose that it also sounded really bad?

which sound card do you have? Do you have any idea what the bit depth is?

I optimized some ASIO stuff and I thought I had fixed some things. Maybe not...

I use the marian trace alpha.. driver 1.08
Don't know bit depth, should be 16 or 24

edit: I heard only helicopter sounds..

Ha, as DJ-DOGGY pointed that issue, there's also another. If you are using 2 band AGC, the "Remove remaining peaks above" at the bottom is active for the second band even though it's grayed out.

Yes We talking about 2 bands AGC and this affects the whole sound . When you take "Remove above" of the third band even "grayed out" to the 0% all sound is gone , not just that band. With first(bass) band everything is OK.

Installed the last beta (first beta for me for 7.41) but something is wrong. Installed the beta over last release.

Sound Card is the Marian trace Alpha
I have the same view here as PowerSound.

Just installed beta 029 stand alone version.
Yes, Hans, it sounds really bad
RA Bojcha King’s Fire 2 compleet

beta 24 proc.34-40% mem. 221.928 kB
beta 27 proc.34-39% mem. 221.108 kB
beta 28 proc.33-38% mem. 153.008 kB
beta 29 proc.33-38% mem. 152.324 kB
This information is measured without incoming sound. Stereo and RDS are switched on. Marian Trace Alpha. I am back to beta 28 :)

With windows 7 and WinXP no any issues like these . Onboard card on both with some kind of latest drivers.
Is these problems come from the ASIO ? or you guys are with virtual cable ?

I am with Windows Vista (works fine by the way) and ASIO and I don't use any virtual cable. For Trace Alpha I use 64 bit drivers, I don't know the version of that.

Do you think ASIO is just like the same function - a virtual cable . I just ask if it`s with ASIO this picture or it`s with Virtual cable - this is a program to connect sound virtualy too.

@PowerSound, @Edgar: I saw something weird in the ASIO code so I fixed it... I have restored the old calculations there so I hope the next build will be ok again.

@DJ_DOGGY: Red bar is AGC gating, but it should be inside the area above it.

Yes , i realize this but the problem with "Remove above" is a bug i guess. Third band (even when disabled) should not affect all the sound or first+second bands.
