Hi!
What's the recommended way to have a faster release after a big sudden volume drop? (No need to increase release speed for a tiny drop.)
  • decrease release flatness
  • increase release inertia
  • increase continuous release
  • something else?

Also use as much as possble slower attacks. "sudden volumes" will be still ok!

Hm, thanks, but does that mean using a combination of the first three ones or choosing one of them? (Which one then?)

They all have an effect like you're asking, please see the help pages. You can use all combined for a stronger effect - but read the help for details what the (other!) effects of each of these sliders are.
