Stereo Tool

I have tested it on a laptop at work, and when loading the preset ST crashes.

Seems something wrong, do you need ALL settings Hans ?

@Brian: Sorry, was unclear: I'm only interested in the performance with the settings that were already available in previous versions. "New Singleband" is work-in-progress, not optimized, and doesn't do what it should do yet.

@others: Loading the preset works fine in the debug build that I have here, but indeed crashes in the release versions. Will check what's wrong.

Found the cause of the crash: I was still working on the "New Singleband" code and the ID's had changed. And the preset contained New Singleband data (at default settings and turned off of course). I removed it and now it works.

No idea why the debug version didn't crash.

Are the options / flags "the same" (other than debug vs. retail build)?

Suggestion to raise the attack time for the new single band to 5000.00 ms instead to 1000.00 ?! Only one second for the highest ?May be some more freedom of this option will be good
The other option is about to 100 000.00 ms ?

1000 ms for attack should be more then enough.

It's compressor, not leveler.

I know but..Gating level + 1/100 in seconds ?... i don`t know .

uuhhh, seems when compressor attack time is > 1 Sec it almost becommes something like an AGC
