No, new developments... For now separate menu item (and also a separate filter).

Question to the people who have performance issues (Brian and Chris).

Is this version slower then the released 7.03 version? I'm asking because I fixed a few weird things in the code that *should* have no effect on the performance, but.. on my pc it seems to be very very slightly slower (difference is very small, could just be measurement noise, but more importantly, it could be different on other systems, that's why I'm asking).

Stand alone: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 04-004.exe
Winamp DSP: http://www.stereotool.com/download/dsp_ ... 04-004.exe
VST: http://www.stereotool.com/download/vst_ ... 04-004.dll
Command line: http://www.stereotool.com/download/ster ... 04-004.exe FAILED

For people on epc: PhantomFM's preset is included as web preset, not yet as FM (just enable FM, pre-emphasis and set Post Amp to x1.00 (0 dB)).

Note: I have not yet tested the VST version, it might not work.

Going by just a quick look at Task Manager, there's no change when using the "old" singleband. I haven't tested with the "new" singleband though. I should, because I have updated Cobalt since what you included some time ago.

Speaking of that, you altered my settings for the GENERIC version, specifically the amount of volume boost. Believe it or not, it doesn't need the extra boost in the "Simple Clipper". Even though my AGC level is lower, I'm pushing more RMS through all total, so the volume measurements that I have access to show the generic (aka "free") version to be at the same or slightly louder than other presets. In fact, with the latest version of Cobalt, I've set the simple clipper to 100% and enabled Reduced CPU usage.

Problem is, I'm still getting random overshoots, but only in a few tracks here and there. One in particular is Blue Foundation - As I Moved On. It's either a clipping or up/down level in multiband, or something in the singleband, which leads me back to needing to test the "new" singleband. I just haven't felt good lately, so I have been putting things off... :(

The preset seems to be broken. Loading it will shut down ST. No problems with other ''standard'' presets
