Note: RDS special characters conversion could contain errors, if you find any please let me know.
A first quick test: Both typing in manually and reading from a Latin-1 encoded file, everything looks OK in the GUI.
But (there's always a but, isn't it

)
ö displays as
õ and
Ö as
Ô on my receivers.
I'll do some more test and go through the entire charset.
I've done some more extensive testing and this is what I see in the displays of my receivers:
µ shown as ¡ (upside down exclamation mark)
¡ shown as ɑ (alpha)
‰ (per mille sign) shown as ù
Š shown as Ñ
š shown as ñ
Ž shown as ¡
ž shown as ı - Small Latin Letter Dotless I (RDS 0x9E) in one receiver, substituted for a space in another.
Œ shown as Ç
Ý shown as Ž
ý shown as ž
The GUI doesn't reflect the file contents very well:

The above are actually OK.
And another thing, if I have had ClockTime selected and then unselect it, the time display stays on screen.
The time display doesn't update, the time displayed is when I unselected ClockTime.
