Configruation - Sound cards menu doesn't pop up, changing soundcard is not possible
Works fine here... Weird. Let's wait for the next version.

Edit: Thanks eldoradofm. I thought the window was unreachable, but *all* pull-down menu's are broken (probably due to the buttons which are also implemented as pull-down menu's).

About reported audio differences: I've pressed RESET in both the new version and 6.32. Then I loaded 'Bojcha's Eu4ria (FM Europe) preset in 6.32, and processed 30 seconds of a track. Then I switched to the new version and processed the same track.

2 things were wrong:
- The latency was for some reason set to 512 instead of 4096. I will check that, and also add a display in the main screen so it's immediately visible when you start up Stereo Tool.
- The AGC bands were set to 2 instead of 3.

When I change those 2 things, the output is 100% identical to that of version 6.32.

I'll check the STS file loading code to see what's wrong.

Edit: Solved. 2 fields were saved to the wrong [Section] of the sts file.

I just removed another 4000 lines of old and now obsolete code :)
Edit: Close works :)
Edit: Restore from tray works again
Edit: Window is resizeable now. Not yet completely functional, but for the most part it should be ok.

Tested , looks good but...
there are gaps in the sound !.When GUI is up CPU goes high with about 20% , when down to taskbar is normal like 6.32 or back.
Must check.
Also when started GUI(redraw) was smashed then when load the settings all came normal.
Looks like memory is increased about 10 mb from previous 6.32 version .
Gaps that i mentioned looks like periodically and sounds like old magnetic cassette with crushed tape :)
Link for up and down speeds also not working ( for now i guess)
Check the picture and i guess that no Unicode is supported yet
This is from me for now :)

Edit: Ok after "RESET" no that much gaps but still hear from time to time.

I found a few other bugs too:
- Something goes wrong in Windows 7 with the resizing. In XP it seems to be ok. This is strange, will have to check what's wrong.
- Got a report from someone that this version locks up on Windows 7. Not confirmed on my end yet; the 2 issues might be related.

No idea what's up with these sound gaps, I don't hear them here... Very very fast I guess? Could be that the screen updates take too much time - currently large parts of the display are repained at once, in earlier versions redraws were done in much smaller sections. If that's indeed the problem (could be that Windows blocks during the repaint, I don't know) I might need to split the update into smaller parts.

Yeah screen resize was wrong in XP for first time opening , but after reset i can`t see wrong resize .
This is true that is OK in XP
but gaps are fast yeah , i think they caused by GUI(screen updates may be ) but almost gone after RESET, may be gone .
but this 20% CPU increase when GUI is at the default screen with the indicators ... ?!?! Old versions are not like this no CPU load here. But i know that this will be solved !
Sometimes sliders are sticked even when mouse button is not pushed . I mean they continue to move after button is released .
this appears in java based web sliders in WebSDR radios , but this is only in old java versions. just mention it.

That's probably when you move out of the window?

About the 20% CPU load increase: That's bad... Not sure if I can fix it, will check.
