I must agree with others that this last interface is wonderful , especially with the indicators . It`s simple and clear for everyone i think . Good job Hans !

I added some extra info, but I'm not really sure how useful this is. In this display you can see the output level after each filter in ST.

Only comment would be that, for me, vertical multiband meters seem awkward. Great work!!!

Yeah may be that MB meters in the main interface would be horizontal and little reorganize on the screen is useful like:
MB becomes horizontal right above the big indicators at the bottom
AGC and STEREO becomes right just in the place of MB vertical / first AGC above STEREO /
This new window with levels after each filter is a little space only hungry indicator . Instead i propose that FM window to replace this new levels after filters and indicators for complex signal to be more BIG and to fill all the place of the new window .


P.S : Ok may be not all the space but more BIG complex indicator and only some levels to be indicated - let`s say input , after AGC, after MB , Output

And some more: let RDS text to be all the window not just half of it.

I'm uploading a version that can be used for testing. I'm posting it here to get some more feedback on how well it works, how clear it is etc.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you unpack ALL the files, then start 'radio_tool_SA.exe' from the directory where all these files are placed. If you see a black background with no buttons etc., the executable cannot find the images. If you use Winzip, you can just double click the executable, WinZip will take care of this (other programs will probably too).

Some remarks:
- I'm planning to replace the current 'Main' window by something else where I place all the important bars vertically at the bottom of the window (where currently the waveforms are displayed).
- Close button does not work, there are no load/save/preset buttons yet. If you want to close the program, you need to kill it in Task Manager.
- There may be some problems with the audio as well. And this version might crash.
- Screen redraws don't work properly. Not sure why yet.

So in short, ONLY use this for testing and giving feedback about the new interface, but don't use it for anything else.

Vertical meters for Levels, AGC and Multiband would be nice.

And how do you see them vertically.
I understand to be only stereo like old decks but ... 10 bands ?!?!? sorry

- 10 bands should be 'max' 7 soon (i hope ). Bands also should not be stereo (i hope). So, way less space needed for vertical.
- Bands for and MB can be 1 color, green for example, and limiter activity in other color, red for example. same for AGC and protection.
- All important bars/meters can be where scope is, just a switch "scope" or "meter" view. Important bars, Input, de-clip, dynamics, AGC, MB, Loudnes, L/R output, FM clipper. Rest of bars can be in main window. Stereo, bass boost, etc, and maybe RDS display, azimuth display.. etc...
So, al important Meters are/can be always visible.
