I understand and respect the desire to protect intellectual property, but if there is "no problem" that is "cured" by restarting, then by definition there was a problem of some sort.
If you don't want to discuss it at all, then that's fine, but I think that sharing any information at all, such as this thread, invites questions (IMO, valid questions), and if you are not prepared to answer them, a statement of "there are no problems" comes across like this:
