I have heard of people getting other skins for Stereo Tool online but cannot seem to find them anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Skins? You don't mean presets? There's currently no support for skins (maybe, MAYBE, I will add something in the new redesign. But don't count on it - I probably won't do that any time soon.)
