@ All

Keep in mind that even one of my stupid little presets is part of the expanded user preset list ! :o  :?
So is it really an honor to be part of that preset list ?

@ Hans

When I load a STS preset including (hidden) Natural Dynamics settings and then save this with one of the latest Beta versions (Beta 128) these hidden settings get lost.
Could you change the saving process to avoid that ?

Ah, then I'm probably also missing Natural Dynamics settings in your preset. Will check.

Edit: Fixed, fix will be available in the next BETA.
Edit #2: Ok, no Natural Dynamics in any of the selected presets. So they should be ok now.

@Bojcha: I was just looking at what you wrote some time ago about too low bass levels. And I know now what's causing it and - better - what to do about it.

If you increase the 'Dynamics' slider you'll immediately get louder bass sounds. I think I need to allow setting separate values for bass sounds ('Dirty Bass', slider is currently not working!), mids and highs. (For mids, setting this slider higher has some effects that could be considered 'artistic effects', a very mild form of distortion that doesn't sound bad. For lows, it's probably nearly not noticeable. For highs it's annoying.)

In what context I said that about bass?

No, I have not used Natural Dynamics for my BASE RMS presets.
Instead of "michi95's Hawkeye T's RMS 7" I would prefer to name it
"Hawkeye T.'s BASE RMS 7 V1".

This BASE preset is primarily intended for very heterogeneous playlists including music of the 60's, 70's.
It enhances bass and highs for old music and reduces the noise at the same time ( especially noticeable using headphones - compare it with other presets) based on very aggressive Noise Gate and pre Multiband EQ settings.

I guess Hans refers to your request to enable 500 percent  bass boost strength (? or was it maximum bass peak level ?) values in the GUI !?

Hi hanz

it is possible to change the output sound because we use FM output for FM Transmitter and Normal output for the webradio streaming but the sound is not very good in streaming du of the band pass filter use for FM processing 30- 15000 Hz the highs are "cut" in the streaming

what is the solution ?

Thanks

The solution is to use 2 instances of stereo tool. 1 for fm and 1 for stream with different settings.

Yes, and sound is not so bad because LPF, but because Normal out will use FM pre-emphasis.

'Dirty Bass', slider is currently not working!
Explains why I was able to reduce from 150% to 100% and not notice any difference...
