No it's not

... I think what you saw is the following: If you have selected a preset, the preset dropdown box remains selected. If you then put the focus on the main window again, Windows reports this as a click on the preset dropdown box to Stereo Tool... which responds by re-loading the already active preset which you had just changed a bit...
I'm not going to solve this right now, because I'm going to change the way presets work anyway - I want to start using different categories (similar to the current categories), but such that only one category is displayed simultaneously. That should make things less crowded. And it will allow me to add user-defined presets.
