Abdul, I think what you are hearing is in fact that loud highs are killing the low and mid frequencies.
It's not yet completely finished, but I have added an extra filter that reduces very loud highs. The sound has really improved. For 75 us the highs are reduced too much right now (I'm using the same value regardless of the other settings, I'll fix that later). The highs at 75 us are about 1 dB softer than before, the lows are 0.5 dB louder.
Can you verify if this new version doesn't have the "unnatural" sound you were talking about?

This version also contains the new output graphs. To see the big version of those graphs as displayed above, click on "Hide settings". I'm also curious how these new displays affect the CPU load of older PCs. (If needed you can reduce the "screen update" speed under CPU.)
Notes:
- This is NOT a fully working version. Among others, the output wave window does not always work. And sometimes it is delayed compared to the input wave window.
- I have added an extra filter to handle loud high frequencies, but this isn't finished yet. The audio quality for FM transmitters with high Loudness settings is a lot better, but for 75 us the high frequencies are reduced a bit too much. I expect to have a fix for that in a day or two.
I'm considering adding an in-between release for the audio processing because I think the audio quality has really improved, and the new interface (see * below) might take some time to finish. IF the output displays don't cause any problems, I'll include those in the in-between release.
* I'm planning to use this window as the main window from the next version on, because the current main window is getting far too crowded and it limits what I can add (bypass buttons etc.). In the next version I want to put every filter in a separate window, and use this window as an overview.
[Edit: If you see a completely green/blue window where the MPX signal should be, restart Stereo Tool... Will look into that on too!]
