I'm looking for solution, how rebuild one factory preset [e.g. "Bojcha Unveil FM (BS412)] to polish MPX norm +3dBr and dev. 75 kHz?

All factory BS412 presets as a rule normalise to value 0 dBr.
Change "Target maximum level" to +3 dB not helps.
If I change "Input amplification", my mpx power rising, but sound pump.

Thank's for solution very much.

Simply set the Target Level to + 3 dBr and rise the Imput Amplification so that the overall gain-reduction (red line) barely moves to -1 dB with normal program-material.

Hope this helps ...

Normally that would mean increasing Target to +3, and increasing 'Input level' by a bit more than 3 dB (a bit more because since the clipper gets hit harder, increasing input by 3 dB would increase the actual level a bit less than 3 dB).
