What a great processor, I had to learn about it's new settings but this is pretty much the best from the two.
Not sure what the differences are but it sounds like Leifs MB's, did you crack his code?
This is probably the best I ever heard, I'm just stunned. I had a setting made from scratch and with MB2 this is pretty much it.
You can get a big bold sound out of it, or even a classic pop sounds gets processed just fine.
I used a spectral enhancer in the end of my chain, but with this multiband this is just a obsolete part.

Leif told me how he does it (after I made MB2 though), it's completely - and I really mean completely - different.

Well it works, that's the bottomline and increasing sound enormous. Close to analog processing.
Works with either R&B or Rock, smashed yesterday my old cd albums from AC DC through it.
Keeps everything in line, without being choppy or aggressive and a warm sound.
I always try to get a good balance in bass and the kickbass area and with this MB it's peanuts.
