Post subject:  Stereo Tool 3.23 BETA
The beta-release of version 3.23 is finally finished.

Changes:
- Redesigned Loudness filter processing: Same volume and clarity as older versions, but with quality of 3.22, and slightly better dynamics.
- Far lower CPU usage for loudness filter in High Quality mode.
- Redesigned Final Limiter and Loudness filter for better sound quality.

Hint: Instead of the default 0.05 s, the new suggested setting for the Final Limiter is 0.01 s.
