Hello.

I would like you to listen to a sample of music processed by ST.
I recorded and uploaded it to http://www.mijnbestand.nl/Bestand-47BYTRYDPDZC.wav

What do you guys think of my sound?

Thanks for listening.

Orbaneze...? You mean it sounds to much like Orban?

If you listen to it objectively, how does the sample sound?
Are there enough highs and mids? To much stereo or just enough?
Yesterday after recording i tweaked it a little more. More highs and less stereo. That sounded good to in my opinion, but sadly the recording software made the pc crash into a blue screen... So no recording of that.

Hello,
Not bad, is it an FM- preset with Preemphasis Limiting activated?
A necessary Point is the Sound consistency.
To estimate this, it´s necessary to hear more different material.

Robert

It's an Webradio preset for our own studio. I will record some samples with various music tonight and then post them here.

Well if i understand correctly this is sound that most will like. However even processor developers are trying to get away from such "compression".
I personally don't like it, especially when i downloaded flac of that track to compare.

Why nobody likes nice dynamic sound?

It's always good to record original and processed. ;)

As promised, a recording of different music.
The following recording includes parts of tracks from:

Bruce springsteen
Michael Jackson
10CC
Skunk Anansie
Dire Straits
Eminem
Kaiser Chiefs
DJ Tiësto
Owl City
File:http://www.mijnbestand.nl/Bestand-TC7G3JAY8TKI.wav

This track of Within temptation has a lot of stereo and at 3:10 it is mono for a couple of seconds.
After switching back to stereo you will hear the original for a couple of seconds.
