djbrettb got me thinking: could I get a further explanation of some of the bass boost controls? I'm wondering in particular about the difference between "Strength" and "Maximum Bass Peak Level." From my reading of the instructions, "Strength" is a bit like a threshold on an AGC, and "Maximum Bass Peak Level" is a bit like the final output level control of the AGC, post processing... is that correct? |
