All these versions? And always after 24 hours? What happens if you don't load ST? And blocked, does that mean that the pc is completely unusable? (mouse doesn't respond, not accessible remotely etc.)

Are you using Stereo Tool as a plugin? If so, are you using 'direct sound card output' for FM?

The only issue that I've ever seen with Stereo Tool that can cause something like this is if there are bugs in the sound card driver. Since you don't use the sound card, that can't be it.

So then we need to look at hardware issues. My guess is that your pc can somehow not handle the CPU load - it might be a temperature problem (bad fan on the CPU for example). If the Stereo Tool GUI is open, and you have a video card in your pc, it could also be that the video card is overheating (also due to fan problems).

So I think you should start by installing (if you don't have one already) a CPU temperature measure tool, and look if it doesn't get too high.

This is with Stereo Tool running? Then that's not it... Then I think you need to run some test programs to make sure that everything in the pc is running fine. You could also run your processing without Stereo Tool and put something that uses a lot of CPU on it as well to see if it keeps running.
