I was wondering if somebody would help me design a preset using this incredible software. Unfortunately I'm not an audio 'freak' and have no idea where to start
I am looking for an open preset that plays nice with all eras of Hard Rock & Metal (Sabbath, Zeppelin up to the hyper-compressed Asking Alexandria). I would like balance over loudness and have as little pumping as possible. I also would like to keep the number of artifacts to a minimum on the resulting stream.
I have used Baron, and while I like it, it's not quite what I'm looking for. I would love to have an EQ similar to the old Octimax Rock (Open) preset with the clean processing of ST 7.X.
