For the PTY drop down list, can you add the number code or a drop down to switch the labels between RDS and RBDS?

Thanks!

Need to be able to access the RDS list...Omnia 9 originally had the same issue, making it a challenge to use it's RDS in the United States.

I fixed this yesterday! Next beta (will be online in about an hour) contains the fix - if you choose 75 us pre-emphasis you get the RDBS list.

Is there a way to set where ST looks for the Dynamic RDS text file? Case in point, a station that runs from 2 different studios (in different cities). It would be handy to be able to have ST look for the file in an FTP folder so that either studio could send the .txt file and ST would grab it.

Yes, use \r or \f. See http://help.stereotool.com/rds_encoder_texts.shtml

Looks like it only looks at the root of the C drive. How do I steer it to say \R"H:\My Documents\Now Playing\Filename.txt" .

That should work the way you type it...

Ah ha. Where do I enter that string? I don't see it on the FM Transmitter>RDS screen. It allows me to select Dynamic PTY but I don't see where to enter the \R"H:\My Documents\Now Playing\Filename.txt" .

You mean for PTY? These files can be included for PS and RadioText only... Otherwise you're going to have to look into dynamic preset loading, see Configuration -> Scheduler. Here you can include a text file that needs to contain 2 lines:
Code:
[FM Transmitter]
RDS Dynamic PTY=0
The file is removed immediately after reading. Put a new one there with different PTY value if you need to change it.

I must be brain dead Hans :( If I understand correctly, I need to put a check by Dynamic PTY to turn it on. Then I have to enter \R"H:\My Documents\Now Playing\Filename.txt" somewhere to tell ST where to look for the file and how to use it. My question is : Exactly where do I enter "\R"H:\My Documents\Now Playing\Filename.txt" " ? I'm looking for a field to paste that into but I don't see one.
