| Post subject: | Output Flashing RED |
On occassions I am getting one or both output meters flashing red.  This is with Composite Clipper. Is this normal or do I have something set incorrectly? As an aside what does the light green (or light red on the right meter) on the top of the output meter indicate? Thanks. |

No problem - if it happens occasionally it indicates VERY small overshoots. I probably need to lower the hard clipper output level slightly more (0.01% or so). Brighter part on top shows pre-emphasized signal (normal clipper mode) or MPX level (composite clipper mode). Darker color is left/right audio level. |
