Ok, here's the first 7.02 version.

Changes:
1. Better bass handling. Here you see a sweep with both the old and new bass clipper behavior, the new one maintains more mid bass freqs.

2. Plug-in versions: Support for upto 8 channels for declipper, pre-emphasis/de-emphasis, bandpass, clipper, hard limit. If you feed single-channel audio the CPU load is lower then before.

With this new beta, I recomend some new (default) settings..

"Distortion" section in "Advanced Clipper"

- Clipping from 0hz up to = 100Hz or 120Hz.
- Drop to no clipping = 300-400Hz. (i am testing 400 now still good)
- Clip bass below = -1dB or lower for louder presets. For mid loud preset -2dB is still good!
- Dynamically reduce bass to = 20% lower then "Clip bass below"

Problem was that area 0-100-400 was flat. now it works as how it suppose to work.. 100 rise to 400Hz.
For audio that meaning more mid-bass especially for louder presets. More kick and punch.

According to the settings that you recommend, but in the case of "Drop to no clipping", after the 250 hz can generate too rumble, mainly for listening in cars.
It would not be beyond that frequency. ;)

Rumble? Afaik that appiers on lower frequeencies.. also meaning that 2nd slider over 250Hz can just minimize that - if present.

Rumble (translation error) = 180-200 Hz Resonance
"Drop to no clipping" is the second slider.

The R128 loudness normalizer for the Carbon Coder plugin (Stereo Tool for tv audio processing) now also supports 5.1 audio!

For the EBU test files it calculates the following adjustments to reach -23 LUFS (all must be accurate +/-0.1 dB):
0 Eigen -23 dB toon 1.000004 +0.000034 dB
3341-1 -0.0400 dB
3341-2 +9.966310 dB (file is recorded at -33 dB, so this is correct)
3341-3 +0.020619 dB
3341-4 +0.020619 dB
3341-5 -0.021733 dB
3341-6 +0.021410 dB 5.1 audio
3341-7 +0.000034 dB
3341-8 +0.005201 dB

All passed!
