Can someone explain me what exactly does that mean? Less strictness = less quality and vice-versa? And what about values above 0? And this combined with the "Quality" Slider in Stereo tool?

Less strictness: More spikes are left in the signal that need to be removed by Hard Limit, causing some (very minor) volume effects and a loss (also very small) of loudness.

But it has a big effect on CPU load.

Thanks for clearing out that for me!

What happens with values 0 and above? I see that it's -4 by default for most presets? Is that considered optimal?
