Hey guys, could you suggest a nice sounding tight CHR preset for stereo tool? The idea is to get a maximum impact while preserving the quality, where possible. Like the pressets in breakaway broadcast. |

Maybe have a look at my "Maximizer Wet" and "Maximizer Dry" settings: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3831&start=0 They both pretty much emulate the sound of a radio station. "Wet" is more agressive creating a smooth sound carpet, while "Dry" keeps more of the original dynamics. But both are all-eating presets to create a stable, loud, "exiting" sound from various sources with various qualities/volumes. |

They are not exactly the preset I'm looking for. They emulate an ordinary web-radio with light compression. I want to sound more loud, and clear. Perhaps like RadioHLR, but not that distorted. And I know I can do it with stereo tool. Just don't know how ... yet. |

I guess RadioHLR uses BBP... Anyway, If you want, i can quick edit one preset to try achive what you want, just for testing, later can come fine tuning. (?) |

The preset is not that tight and has dropouts in the mids in samples with tight bass.viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3831&start=0 They both pretty much emulate the sound of a radio station. Same as above, but very stable and solid sound. It's perfect for HOT AC, but not as good for CHR.link to preset post viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4241 link to preset download/file.php?id=575 Quote: I guess RadioHLR uses BBP...

Sounds messy to me, distorted, especially around 6-14kHz.
