Not sure if Stereotool currently does this, but using the systems GPU (if available) via OpenCL or some other library may help offload some intensive tasks/algorithms from the CPU |

it's actually not that hard... at least not with AMD and opencl, I've managed to accelerate some operations like image transforms relatively easy... but still takes time. |
