Hi! The lack of proper resampler annoys me very much. By using the Windows resampler, there's lots of shit everywhere when outputting 192kHz, and it happens when you input 44.1kHz and output 192kHz, of course there was a workaround suggested: I should output 174kHz (or something?) which is easier for the audio subsystem's resampler and artifacts are not introduced.. I would like to input anything to the Stereo Tool without me having to worry about resampling efficiencies. (Breakaway does this amazingly well with "adaptive resamplers" btw!) Thanks! |

You can try 48kHz input. |

That's also a workaround.. and not very functional for me apparently, I need to force every sound interface to a specific samplerate from Windows's audio settings for Stereo Tool only.. When I play 44.1kHz material to 48kHz output, I get artifacts, yyeeaahhh.. |

Depend! DSP or Standalone? If_standalone, vac for input or soundcard. Asio or DS ? etc For example - ST standalone and VAC for input at 48kHz .. never problems. Normal or FM output. |

But still, don't you think that resampler inside ST would be nice? ![]() |
